This is a mostly unprocessed sound that i made in massive. Its not amazing, but it can be used for layering multiple sample. I figured anyone who wanted to use this would want to process it themselves. If it helps, i used this video to create a kick drum and i discovered this sound by playing around with different waves. This is an edited sound of a real gun being cocked. (don't worry, safety was on and there was no ammo cartridge in it. ) the first 3 are good cocking sounds, and the rest can be used for dry firing or something else. You can use it without crediting me, but it would be cool if you did.
A hand gun hitting a wooden floor and sliding briefly across it. Like when someone falls to the floor with a gun in their hand and they drop it and it goes sliding away. 24bit, 48khz, mono, dry.
Combines some of my other shooting sfx with my "single pistol gunshot 3. Wav", to create this superior version. Made with audacity. Use however you see fit.
Various attempts at removing an empty magazine and inserting an empty magazine into a pistol. Little room echo due to issues, sorry about that. Recorded using the zoom h5 four-track portable recorderedited using audacity.
A remastered version of the usp gunshot audio of cs:go which, imo, sounded like someone thwacking a mic and subsequently blowing into it. Created with audacity. Use however you see fit.
The sounds of a firearm being cocked. At 3 different paces, as well. Done using a nerf rival knockout toy pistol. Recorded in my bedroom using a headset microphone.
Hammer being cocked back on a pistol or revolver. This is apart of a much larger sound effects pack. Buy valhalla, an action sound effects pack with over 2,900 sound effects, available at:www. Filmmakersmanual. Com.
Audio of a dragoon pistol being cocked. It was probably an italian copy of an american-made unit. May require some trimming and buffing. I think i recorded this with an akg perception 200 using cool edit -- and i did it to get my room-mate to leave (after we recorded the sounds of several of his guns and a sword. . . ).
